NEW LONDON, Conn.—For the second consecutive year, a Connecticut College men's basketball player has been featured in Sports Illustrated Magazine's Faces in the Crowd.
Senior Zuri Pavlin (New York, N.Y.) shattered a school rebounding record that had stood for more than three decades. A leader and co-captain for the Camels, Pavlin wrapped up his career with 917 rebounds and 1,051 points.
Pavlin notched the 35th double-double of his career with 20 points and 13 rebounds to lead his team to a stunning 83-76 victory in overtime against fifth ranked Amherst College January 14.
Sophomore Tyler Rowe (East Hartford, Conn.) was featured in SI back in January of 2016.
