Wesleyan 1, Connecticut College 1 2OT Tie Conlin Stops 41 Shots to Lead Camels in Opening Night Draw

MIDDLETOWN, Conn.--Senior net-minder Tom Conlin (Norwood, Mass.) made 41 saves to lead the Connecticut College men's hockey team in a 1-1 draw with intra-state rival Wesleyan Friday night.

Senior captain Tim DiPretoro (Philadelphia, Pa.) potted a first period goal for the visitors. Junior Joe Giordano (Ellington, Conn.) and AJ Wallace (West Chester, Pa.) earned assists on the marker.

The Camels were a perfect 3-for-3 on their penalty kill.

Jay Matthews (Marshfield, Mass.) accounted for the Cardinals' offense with a second period score.

Dawson Sprigings (Toronto, Ont.) made 17 saves for the hosts.

The Camels will visit Trinity College tomorrow for a 4:00 p.m. game in Hartford, Conn.
