No. 14 Amherst Betters Men’s Swimming

AMHERST, Mass. – The Connecticut College men's swimming team fell to No. 14 and unbeaten Amherst by a 190-99 decision on Saturday afternoon.

Freshman Colin Merrill (Glastonbury, Conn.) and sophomore Jared Nussbaum (Ridgefield, Conn.) led the Camels by winning an individual event. Merrill captured the 200-yard butterfly in 1:55.70, and Nussbaum (Ridgefield, Conn.) took the 1,000 free in 9:46.27.

Connecticut College (2-2) will next compete in a dual meet at Trinity on Monday afternoon at 1 p.m.
