Camels Drop Pair of Matches in Fla.: Suneby, Sachs & Cangelosi Post Wins Vs. Wheaton

MAITLAND, Fla.--The Connecticut College men's tennis team played two more matches on their spring break trip in the Sunshine State of Florida Wednesday.

In their morning match up, the Creighton University Blue Jays defeated the Camels 9-0. Later on in the afternoon match, the Camels dropped a 6-3 decision to Wheaton College of Illinois.

Senior Josh Suneby (Wellesley, Mass.) continued to build on his strong start with a 3-6, 7-5, 10-5 triumph at first singles in the Wheaton match up. Ben Sachs (Mount Kisco, N.Y.) rallied for a win at fifth singles, outlasting his foe with a 10-7 win in the super tie-breaker. Senior JC Cangelosi (Estero, Fla.) and Suneby secured an 8-3 triumph at number one doubles.
