Bosworth, Trapp & Williams Shine for Camels at Princeton’s Larry Ellis Invitational

PRINCETON, N.J.--Three Connecticut College men's distance runners traveled to Princeton University Friday night to compete in the 1500 meter run at the Larry Ellis Invitational.

Junior Ben Bosworth (Dorchester, Mass.) posted a time of 3:53.58. Sophomore Connor Trapp (Wilmette, Ill.) crossed the finish line in 3:53.62.  Senior Niall Williams (Scotia, N.Y.) posted a time of 3:59.23 for the Camels.

Both Bosworth and Trapp ascended into the top 50 on the national performance list. They qualified for the ECAC, the New England Division and the All-New England (Division 1, 2 & 3) Championships with their performances in the Garden State Friday night.

Williams earned invitations to the ECAC as well as the New England Division III Championship.

The Camels will be competing at the Wesleyan Invitational Saturday.
