Heros & King Honored on CWPA Mid-Atlantic Conference Honor Roll for Camels
NEW LONDON, Conn.--Connecticut College senior Carlos Heros (Miami, Fla.) and freshman Sean King (pictured, La Cañada, Calif.) have been named to the Collegiate Water Polo Association's (CWPA) Mid-Atlantic Conference Weekly Honor Roll
Heros scored eight goals while adding six earned ejections and two steals in a four-match home stand for the Camels. The senior All-American from the Sunshine State had three goals, two steals and one earned ejection in a close 16-12 loss to Division I Iona.  Heros also sandwiched a goal around a pair of earned ejections in a 22-10 victory against Penn State Behrend Saturday morning.
 
King had six steals and four earned ejections to go with two goals and an assist in his first weekend of home action for Head Coach Matt Anderson's squad.  He had three goals and five steals in the victory against the Lions of Penn State Behrend Saturday.
 
The Camels will log more than 1,100 miles on a bus this weekend when they visit Salem International University for a Mid-Atlantic conference weekend tournament in Salem, West Virginia.
