Connecticut College 3, Wesleyan University 0 Anctil, Chester, Lead Camels to Sixth Straight Win

NEW LONDON, Conn.—Ashley Anctil (pictured, Manchester, N.H.) scored twice and Katherine Chester (Mendham, N.J.) stopped 25 shots en route to her fourth consecutive shutout in goal to lead the Connecticut College women's hockey team to a 3-0 victory against Wesleyan University at Dayton Arena Saturday.

The Camels improved to 7-5-1 (4-3-1 NESCAC) with their sixth straight win, while the Cardinals fell to 3-9 with a 1-5 mark in conference play.

Jordan Cross (Saugus, Mass.) potted the sixth goal of her rookie season for Connecticut College.  Lily Connolly (Duxbury, Mass.) had two assists in the triumph.

Wesleyan University senior goaltender Corinne Rivard (Glendale, Ariz.) made 34 saves for the Cardinals in the loss.

Connecticut College enjoyed a 37-to-25 advantage in shots.
