NEW LONDON, Conn. – The Connecticut College women's lacrosse team was among 339 programs which earned Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Academic Honor Squad laurels. Every school with a team GPA of a 3.0 or higher received the recognition.
In addition, the Camels placed four student-athletes – Annie Cornbrooks (Wilton, Conn.) Caitlin Mahoney (Wellesley, Mass.), Megan Mullin (Sudbury, Mass.) and Jamie Navoni (Natick, Mass.) – on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll. Student-athletes who are a junior, senior or graduate student and have a cumulative GPA of a 3.50 or better received the prestigious recognition.
Connecticut College graduated six seniors and is slated to return more than 15 letterwinners next season.
