Camels Draw Swarthmore in NCAA First Round Matchup at Montclair State U. Saturday

NEW LONDON, Conn.--The Connecticut College women's soccer team has qualified for the 2014 NCAA Championship.

The Camels (15-2-1), who earned an automatic berth by winning the New England Small College Athletic Conference crown, will visit Montclair State University Saturday to take on Swarthmore College at Montclair State's Pittser Field.

This is Connecticut College's first berth in the NCAA Championship since former Head Coach Ken Kline's squad advanced all the way into the Quarterfinal Round in 1998.

Playing out of the Centennial Conference, the Garnet, like the Camels won their first Conference Championship on penalty kicks and will carry a record of 13-6-1 into Saturday's matchup in the Garden State.
