Women’s Squash Records Second Victory at CSA Nationals With 6-3 Triumph Over Colby

HARTFORD, Conn. – The Connecticut College women's squash team won its second match in as many days at CSA Nationals by defeating Colby, 6-3, on Sunday morning at Trinity.

Denise Bonilla (New Haven, Conn.) clinched the victory for the Camels from the No. 4 position, defeating her opponent by set scores of 10-12, 11-8, 12-10, and 11-7. Junior Margaret Davey (Groton, Mass.) won a five-set marathon at No. 3 by scores of 11-7, 7-11, 11-7, 9-11, and 11-6, while freshman Lili Vazquez (Chicago, Ill.) had an impressive win in comeback fashion at No. 7 by marks of 12-14, 11-4, 11-7, and 11-0.

Connecticut College (7-10) will look to complete a weekend sweep of its opponents at CSA Nationals when it faces William Smith tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m.
