Connecticut College 5, Babson College 4 --Senior Trio of Herbert, Krivoshik & Cangemi Lead Camels to Home Win

NEW LONDON, Conn.--Senior Sara Krivoshik (Wilton, Conn.) coasted to a 6-1, 6-2 triumph at number three singles to lead the Connecticut College women's tennis team to a 5-4 triumph over Babson College on the South Tennis Courts Tuesday.

Fellow seniors Jen Herbert (Pawcatuck, Conn.) and Brittney Cangemi (Scituate, Mass.) chipped in with wins in their respective slots at #2 and #5 singles for Connecticut College. 

Charlotte Marcoux (Sudbury, Mass.) checked in with a clutch 6-2, 6-4 triumph at number four singles for Head Coach Chris O'Brien's squad.

The Camels improve their mark to 2-4 on the spring while the Beavers fall to 9-10. 

Sophomore Alexis Freeman (Medfield, Mass.) rallied to win a 7-2 victory in the super tie-breaker at #1 singles for Babson. Inna Loseva (Riga, Latvia) added a 6-1, 6-1 triumph at #6 singles for the Beavers.

Babson won two of the three doubles points. At number three doubles, Krivoshik and Marcoux joined forces in an 8-5 triumph for the Camels.
