Matthews Garners All-New England Divison 3 Honors in 600 Meters with School Record Setting Performance
GORHAM, Maine.--The Connecticut College women's track and field team visited the University of Southern Maine to compete in the New England Division III Championship Saturday.

The Camels finished in a four-way tie for 23rd place with one-point scored.

In the 600 meters, senior Sarah Matthews (Westwood, Mass.) placed eighth with a school record setting time of 1:39.36 for Connecticut College. Matthews is honored as an All-New England Division III performer by scoring among the top eight.

Sophomore Kim Bolick (Hopkinton, Mass.) posted a time of 5:06.86 en route to an 11th place finish, breaking a school record in the one-mile run for the Camels.

Freshman Ariana Beers (Fayetteville, N.Y.) posted a time of 18:22.74 in the 5000 meters to place 11th for Connecticut College. 

In the 4x200 meter relay, the Camel quartet consisting of  Marina Stuart (Philadelphia, Pa.), Alex Cammarata (Southborough, Mass.), Hayley Adnopoz (Mount Kisco, N.Y.) and Kimone Barton (Bloomfield, Conn.) teamed up for a season-best time of 1:54.33.
