The Connecticut College women's and coed sailing teams competed at a pair of regattas this weekend at Dartmouth and Brown.
Sailing against 16 teams from across the country at Dartmouth, the women's program finished sixth in a very competitive field. Allie Maurillo and Paige Dunlevy led the way for the Camels by winning one of their races.
The coed sailing team competed at the Sherman Hoyt regatta hosted by Brown and utilized several crews due to blustery conditions. Taking advantage of a strong tide, Hugh McGillivray, Cecilia Moreira and Marion Lemay teamed up to help the Camels finish 14th overall and win a tiebreaker over Coast Guard.
The Connecticut College sailing programs will next compete at a pair of regattas hosted by Harvard and MIT on Saturday, Oct. 28.
