TEMPE, N.J. – The Connecticut College women's tennis team was among 940 programs in the country across all divisions to be named an Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team.
To earn the distinction, a team needed to register a cumulative grade point average of a 3.20 or better. The Camel women recorded a 3.47 team GPA to easily surpass the standard.
In addition, eight student-athletes were recognized as ITA Scholar-Athletes for having a GPA of at least a 3.50 during the 2018-19 academic year. The individuals who achieved the mark included Brinley Bartlett (Malvern, Pa.), Elena Erdekian (Wayland, Mass.), Allison Falvey (Wakefield, Mass.), Emily Migliorini (North Haven, Conn.), Skylar Morgan (Pittsburgh, Pa.), Stephanie Simon (Wellesley, Mass.), Alexandra Waldman (East Hampton, N.Y.), and Mariah Warren (McLeansville, N.C.).
Connecticut College graduated three seniors and is slated to return more than 10 letterwinners next season.
