Facilities

Connecticut College’s hilltop arboretum campus along the Thames River offers an idyllic location to train and compete. Our athletic facilities are unique with practice and competition fields at the center of campus and a terraced athletics facility on a hillside along the Thames River. We sponsor 28 varsity athletic programs competing in the New England Small College Athletic Conference–the NESCAC. We also offer a wide array of options for club sports and our facilities are open to Connecticut College students, faculty, staff, alumni and their guests for recreational purposes. Thirty-five percent of our students compete at the varsity level and twenty percent at the club sport level–over half of our students proudly compete as Camels!
