NEW LONDON, Conn.--The Connecticut College men's soccer team pressured early and often with 17 shots in the contest but Colby College was able to keep the hosts off the scoreboard and escape in a scoreless draw.

Colby College sophomore Cody Funkhouser made six saves in the draw. Junior keeper Casey Marini contributed with two saves en route the blanking.

Both teams had opportunities to win the game in the final minute of the second overtime. Connecticut College sophomore Doug Garabedian made a game saving clear near the end line to avoid a potential game-winning marker.

On the ensuing possession, junior Kevin Burt was able to penetrate the Colby defense and make a connection with Kevin O'Brien who snapped a high rising shot from 15 yards away but Funkhouser was able to make the game-saving stop for the visitors.

The Camels out-shot the Mules 17-to-4 and held an 8-to-6 edge in corners.
