The hosts ended the half with a 13-2 run. Caouette capped the rally by canning a triple with 1:27 to go that vaulted the Camels out to a 37-20 advantage at the break.
The Mariners were able to hang around for a while but Hynes was a match up problem all night and with 5:13 to play, the sophomore forward provided the hosts with a 60-35 lead when she stole a ball in transition and powered her way into the paint for an easy deuce.
The hosts were easily able to hold on for the 64-42 win.
Hynes (14.7 ppg.) is leading a balanced offense that features five players averaging in double figures.
The Camels are 6-0 on their home court.
