CLINTON, N.Y. - The Connecticut College women's squash team lost to William Smith College on Friday night by a score of 8-1. 

Junior Angela Cao (Boston, Mass.) defeated Kristen McCormick by a score of 3-0 (11-9, 11-7, 11-3), as she scored the only point for the Camels from the No. 9 position. The Herons were able to take the remaining matchups to earn the overall victory.

Connecticut College (0-1) will remain in Clinton, N.Y. to take on NESCAC opponents Hamilton and Tufts at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. respectively on Saturday.
