MIDDLETOWN, Conn. - The Connecticut College men's squash team lost to Wesleyan on Wednesday night by a score of 8-1.
The only Camel point was scored by junior
Tyler Maguire (Middletown, R.I.) who triumphed over Shanay Sanghavi. He competed in position No. 1 and after five sets won by a score of 3-2 (11-6, 11-9, 11-13, 7-11, 11-9). Seniors
Billy Fleurima (Bronx, N.Y.) and
Luigi Pasquariello (Bronx, N.Y.) also wrapped up their careers from the No. 2 and No. 7 spots, respectively.
Connecticut College (2-5, NESCAC 0-3) will be taking a break from competition for final exams and the holidays and will resume competing at the Pioneer Valley Invitational in South Hadley, Mass. on Jan. 15, 2022.
