SOMERVILLE, Mass. – The Connecticut College men's tennis team dropped its match against Tufts by a 9-0 decision on Sunday afternoon.
In the doubles play, two of the three matches finished with identical scores of 8-3. Junior
Julian Tien (Barrington, R.I) and senior
Zak Danz (West Tisbury, Mass.) were competitive at the No. 1 spot, and freshman
David Poudrier (Fairfield, Conn.) and junior
Sean Jenkins (Davidson, N.C.) also put forth a notable effort against their opponents from the No. 3 position.
Connecticut College (0-5, NESCAC East 0-3) will conclude its 2021 spring season when it hosts Bates on Sunday, April 25th at 5 p.m. The program also plans to recognize its senior class prior to the match.
