Men’s Swimming and Diving Bested by No. 24 Williams

NEW LONDON, Conn. -
The Connecticut College men's swimming and diving team lost to No. 24 Williams College 177 -117, on Saturday afternoon at the Lott Natatorium. 
 
Four swimmers posted wins for the Camels at the meet. Sophomore Matthew Laclef (Bethesda, M.D.) registered a top finish in the 1,650-yard freestyle with a time of 16:22.36. Senior Charlie Adl (New Canaan, Conn.) placed first in the 200 free with 1:41.85, and senior Dash Hunter (Westport, Conn.) finished first in the 100 back in 58.98 seconds. Junior Marc Stern (Chappaqua, N.Y.) won the 200 fly in 1:55.25.
 
Junior Kai Listgarten (San Mateo, Calif.) placed second in both the 1 meter and 3-meter diving events with scores of 241.95 and 223.67.
 
Connecticut College (2-1) will next compete on Monday afternoon in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. against Vassar.
