WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The Connecticut College men's swimming and diving team dropped a dual meet at Williams College, 188-95, Saturday afternoon at Samuelson-Muir Pool.
The Camels had three individuals post first-place finishes in the meet.
Justin Finkel (Cheshire, Conn.) led the charge with a win in the 200 fly (1:50.69) and a runner-up finish in the 500 free (4:40.96). His time in the 200 fly, in addition to being his fastest of the season, eclipsed the NCAA B-Cut.
Julien Legros (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) also picked up a win and a runner-up finish on the day. He was the first to touch the wall in the 50 free (21.66) and placed second in the 100 free (48.34).
Matthew Laclef (Bethesda, Md.) rounded out Conn's first-place finishers, claiming the top time in the 1,650 free (16:29.78).
Kai Listgarten (San Mateo, Calif.) had a big day on the boards, making his second cut for the NCAA Regional Championship in both the 1M (291.75) and 3M (285.30) events.
Conn College will next host Colby College on Monday, January 16 at 1:00 p.m.
