In the No. 8 position, Eva Ross (Washington, D.C.) picked up the lone win for the Camels. Ross defeated Denison's Hannah Best. After dropping an exciting first set 13-15, Ross stormed back to win the next three sets, 11-7, 11-9, 11-6. In Saturday's matchup, Conn avenged a loss to Haverford from earlier in the season. The Camels took down the Fords 6-2 thanks to straight-set wins from Kimberly Lucero (New York, N.Y.), Tanya Mendoza (Bronx, N.Y.), Ross, and Breyer. First year Ainsley Ellison (Westfield, N.J.) picked up a four-set win in the No. 2 position and Caroline Champa (Boston, Mass.) scored a victory by default.
