AMHERST, Mass. -- The Connecticut College men's squash team dropped a NESCAC matchup to Amherst on Saturday afternoon. The Camels fell 8-1 to the Mammoths, wrapping up regular season play.
Senior
Tyler Maguire (Middletown, R.I.) picked up the lone victory for Conn at the No. 2 position. Maguire downed Abhimanyu Gupta in straight sets, 16-14, 11-7, 11-4. The senior ended the regular season strong, finishing with an individual record of 5-2 in his last seven matches.
Now that regular season play has concluded, Connecticut College (3-11 overall) will next compete at the College Squash Association (CSA) Championships on February 24. Seeding will be announced later this month.
