WORCESTER, Mass. -- The Connecticut College men's rowing team competed at the New England Rowing Championship on Saturday morning at Lake Quinsigamond.
In the morning varsity 8 heat, the Camels clocked in with a time of 6:51.20 over the 2,000-meter course. Conn then turned in a season-best time in the afternoon's Final 3, pushing to the finish in 6:38.73. Williams took home the gold in the Grand Final.
Conn also competed in the 2V4 race and finished fifth in the Grand Final with a time of 8:15.98.
Conn College will next compete at the National Invitational Rowing Championship on Friday, May 12 at Lake Quinsigamond.
