WORCESTER, Mass. – The Connecticut College women's rowing team wrapped up the fall season with a strong showing at the Wormtown Chase Regatta on Saturday morning at Lake Quinsigamond.
The Camels put a total of five boats in the water—four in the collegiate 4+ event and one in the novice 4+. Conn secured finishes of fifth, ninth, 10th and 12th in the collegiate field and took first place in the novice race.

Cecilia Duffield (Brookline, Mass.) crossed the finish in 22:25.58. The Camels trailed only Amherst and Holy Cross in the field of 16.
Conn's newcomers took first place in the novice event with a time of 24:30.55. The Camels bested runner-up Wesleyan by 14 seconds and also finished ahead of Maine, New Hampshire and Mass Maritime.
