POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y.. -- The Connecticut College men's squash team split two matches today, beating Vassar 8-1, before falling to Haverford 6-3.

In the win over Haverford, Conn picked up straight set wins from Alex Moncada (Playa Del Carmen, Mexico), Sid Rewari (Mumbai, India), Gordon Fairborn (Crozet, Va.), and Gabriel Solonsky (Bethesda, Md.), while Adam Elkaliouby (Brooklyn, N.Y.), Noah Fish (Dobbs Ferry, N.Y.), and Andrew Nemphos (Baltimore, Md.) won in four sets.

In the match against Haverford, Moncada picked up a straight set win at first singles. Elkaliouby followed up with a five-set win at second singles, before Rewari won in four sets at third singles.

Conn (1-3) returns to action tomorrow afternoon against Fordahm at 3:30 p.m. in Luce Fieldhouse.
