MIDDLETOWN, Conn. -- The Connecticut College men's squash team battled tough on the road, but came up short against Wesleyan University, falling 5-4.
Conn won four matches in the evening, with Alex Moncada (Playa Del Carmen, Mexico) picking up a four set win in first singles. Adam Elkaliouby (Brooklyn, N.Y.) and Andrew Nemphos (Baltimore, Md.) both added four set victories at third singles and eighth singles respectively. Conn's final win came in a five-set thriller at second singles. Hudson Dunn (Narragansett, R.I.) trailed two sets to none, and battled back to win in five sets, 8-11, 9-11, 12-10, 13-11, and 11-7.
Conn (2-4) returns to action on Friday evening as the Camels take on Bates in Boston, Mass. at Northeastern University at 5 p.m..
