PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The Connecticut College women's squash team finished play at the 2024 CSA Nationals falling to Colby College 7-2 in the Walker Cup 2nd Consolation final. With the loss, Conn falls to 10-10 on the year.
Conn battled hard all morning but came up short against the Mules. Gwyneth Perez (New Haven, Conn.) picked up a five-set victory over Karla Dominguez, while Eva Ross (Washington, D.C.) earned a straight set win. Miranda Medina (Houston, Texas) fell in five sets, while Crystal Dixon (Chicago, Ill.) was in a tight contest with MacKenzie O'Shea before having to retire in the fourth set.
The team season for Conn comes to a close with the Camels finishing 10-10, the most wins since the 2019-2020 season. The Camels will now get ready for the CSA Individual Nationals, beginning March 8 in Philadelphia, Pa.
