NEW LONDON, Conn. -- Senior Alex Moncada (Playa del Carmen, Mexico) represented the Connecticut College men's squash team at the 2025 CSA Individual Championships in the Molloy Division, dropping both matches played.

Moncada opened the tournament against Shreemann Raghavan of Cornell. Raghavan won the first set 12-10, before Moncada answered with a 13-11 win in the second set. Unfortunately, Raghavan won the final two sets, 11-8 and 11-5, to send Moncada to the consolation bracket.

In the consolation semifinals, Moncada battled against Varun Fuloria of Columbia. Fuloria won the first two sets to put Moncada on the brink. However, Moncada answered with an 11-9 win in the third set, before dropping the fourth set, 11-2.

Conn returns to action as a squad on Saturday, February 1st, as the Camels take on Colby at 1:00 p.m. in Boston, Mass.
