Women's Rowing Opens Season at Snake Regatta

WORCESTER, Mass. -- The Connecticut College women's rowing team opened the season at the Quinsigamond Snake Regatta on Saturday morning at Lake Quinsigamond.

Conn's top varsity boat, coxed by Caroline Lee, finished 19th in the field of 25 with a time of 16:43.1. The Camels also got a strong showing from their 3V8 boat, which Elinor Rasevic guided to a 21st-place showing in 17:13.3. The 2V8 boat took 22nd on the day and completed the course in 17:19.3.

Conn will next compete at the Head of the Housatonic on Saturday, October 11 in Shelton, Conn.
