Ellis Iurilli-Hough (Melrose, Mass.) has qualified for the 2025 NCAA Division III Men's Cross Country Championship.
Iurilli-Hough will take part in the event for the first time in his collegiate career. It marks the third-straight season that the Camels have qualified an individual for the national championship field.
In order to be eligible to participate in the championship, teams and individuals had to qualify in their respective NCAA regional competitions that were held this weekend. Iurilli-Hough earned his spot by finishing seventh at the NCAA Mideast Regional with an 8K time of 25:19.4.
Thirty-two teams were selected to participate in each championship. The top seven-person team automatically qualified from each of the 10 regions, for a total of 10 teams. Twenty-two additional teams were selected at-large. Seventy individuals, the first seven student-athletes from each region who are not part of a qualifying team, were selected to participate in each championship.
