COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) announced the 48 Division III student-athletes selected by member coaches as 2025 NFHCA All-Americans, sponsored by Apex Field Hockey.

Connecticut College senior Bridget McGann (West Hartford, Conn.) was named to the All-America Third Team. She is the fifth player in program history to earn All-America status, as well as the first since 2010.

"Our coaching staff is so incredibly proud of Bridget for this tremendous honor," said head coach Ryley van der Velde. "Being named an All-American is a testament to Bridget's work ethic, determination, and special impact on this game. There is truly no one more deserving. Bridget's humility is inspiring and her resilience is unwavering. She has left an everlasting impact on our program, and she has set new expectations for what it means to play field hockey at Connecticut College."

McGann is the eighth All-America selection in Conn College field hockey history. She joins an elite list that includes Abby Hine (2010), Emily Huffman (2001, 2002, 2003), Kim Holiday (1994, 1996) and Caroline Twomey (1985).

The latest honor caps a season—and career—full of accolades. McGann was a four-time All-Region and four-time All-NESCAC selection at Conn, earning first team honors across the board in her final season. Over 58 career games she amassed 37 goals and eight assists for 82 points, ranking fourth all-time in program history in both goals and points. She led the Camels in scoring in each of her four seasons and finished her career with 10 multi-goal games and seven game-winning goals.

Conn ended the 2025 season with an overall record of 6-9 (1-9 NESCAC). The Camels matched their win total from a season ago and went unbeaten in non-conference play for the first time since 2011.
