BOSTON, Mass. – The Connecticut College men's indoor track and field team returned to action, competing at two events, the Boston University Valentine Invitational and the Tufts Stampede Invitational.

On the Track

200 Meters

• Jamal Baker (Valatie, N.Y.) finished 10th with a time of 23.71.

400 Meters

• Errol Apostolopoulos (Marblehead, Mass.) finished ninth with a time of 54.30.

600 Meters

• David Iacino (Burlington, Conn.) finished fifth with a time of 1:25.40 earning NE D3 qualification.

• Joao Ferreira (Lisbon, Portugal) finished seventh with a time of 1:27.56.

• Anthony Belford (Bay Shore, N.Y.) finished eighth with a time of 1:28.47.

• Harry Harwood (Woodbury, Conn.) finished ninth with a time of 1:28.70.

• Dax Arnold (New York, N.Y.) finished 10th with a time of 1:29.67.

800 Meters

• Henry Pfeifer (West Orange, N.J.) finished seventh with a time of 2:01.60.

60m Hurdles

• Evan Rawlings (Mansfield, Mass.) finished eighth with a time of 8.89 seconds.

4x400 Relay

• The group of Iacino, Harwood, Ferreira, and Pfeifer finished third with a time of 3:44.80.

In the Field

Pole Vault

• Anders Larson (Concord, N.H.) finished seventh clearing a height of 4.30m earning NE D3 qualification.

Long Jump

• Apostolopoulos finished second with a distance of 6.61m earning NE D3 qualification.

Triple Jump

• Jack Davis (New Canaan, Conn.) finished ninth with a distance of 11.72m.

Conn returns to action next weekend, as the Camels travel to Springfield, Mass. to take part in the Springfield Triangle Classic.
