4x800 Relay Sets Record for Women's Track and Field at NEICAAA Championships

AMHERST, Mass. – The Connecticut College women's track and field team tallied 15 points to finish tied for 14th at the 2025 NEICAAA Championships, while another group compete at the F.I.R.E Meet at Williams.

On the Track at NEICAAA

800 Meters

  • Caroline Graziani (Concord, Mass.) finished 27th with a time of 2:22.95.

  • Kate Moroney (Pleasantville, N.Y.) finished 30th with a time of 2:26.06.

5000 Meters

  • Gabbie Moegavero (West Springfield, Mass.) finished 31st with a time of 19:52.26.

400 Hurdles

  • Liz Freeman (Maynard, Mass.) finished 17th with a time of 1:08.31.

3000 Steeplechase

  • Kiera Tallas (Fountain Valley, Calif.) finished fourth with a time of 10:55.07 earning All-New England honors.

  • Annika Hegde (New York, N.Y.) finished 20th with a time of 12:52.80.

4x800 Relay

On the Track at Williams

100 Meters

  • Blessing Kieh (Monrovia, Liberia) claimed victory with a time of 11.92.

200 Meters

  • Emmy Castano (Wilton, Conn.) finished 26th with a time of 27.12.

In the Field

Pole Vault

  • Grace Mattaliano (Norfolk, Mass.) finished 18th setting a new school record, clearing 3.27m.

Conn returns to action on Thursday as the Camels will travel to MIT for a last chance qualifier.
