Capodannao, Iurilli-Hough, and Koskinen Earn All-New England Honors at New England Championships

NEW LONDON, Conn. – The Connecticut College men's track and field team tallied 14 points to finish 21st at the 2025 New England Division III Championships hosted by Coast Guard.

On the Track

10000 Meters

  • Brendan Capodanno (Port Jefferson, N.Y.) finished 8th with a time of 32:52.48 earning All-New England honors.

3000 Steeple

  • Ellis Iurilli-Hough (Melrose, Mass.) finished fourth with a time of 9:48.10 earning All-New England honors.

4x100 Relay

4x400 Relay

4x800 Relay

  • The group of Lieue, Henry Pfeifer (West Orange, N.J.), Evan Lyons (Longmeadow, Mass.) and Ferreira finished 13th with a time of 8:08.54.

In the Field

Pole Vault

  • Chris Koskinen (Yarmouth, Maine) finished second clearing a height of 5.05m earning All-New England honors.

  • Anders Larson (Concord, N.H.) finished ninth clearing a height of 4.40m.

Triple Jump

  • Jayson Firmin (Dedham, Mass.) finished 16th with a jump of 13.43m.

Javelin

Conn returns to action next weekend as the Camels travel to compete in the New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association championships in Amherst, Mass.
