NEW LONDON, Conn. – The Connecticut College women's track and field team totaled 60 points to finish second at the 2025 New England Division III Championships hosted by Coast Guard. Both the 60 points and second place are the second-best finishes in program history.

On the Track

100 Meters

• Blessing Kieh (Monrovia, Liberia) claimed victory with a time of 11.81.

200 Meters

• Kieh finished fifth with a time of 24.85 earning All-New England honors.

800 Meters

• Alexa Estes (Virginia Beach, Va.) claimed victory with a facility record time of 2:10.00.

• Lilla Kate Tucker (Marietta, Ga.) finished eighth with a time of 2:17.21 earning All-New England honors.

• April Schilling (Amherst, Mass.) finished 12th with a time of 2:18.86.

1500 Meters

• Grace McDonough (Londonderry, N.H.) claimed victory with a school and meet record time of 4:24.12.

5000 Meters

• Kiera Tallas (Fountain Valley, Calif.) finished second with a time of 17:21.85 earning All-New England honors.

• Abby Fernald (Avon, Conn.) finished seventh with a time of 17:58.80 earning All-New England honors.

10000 Meters

• Abby Williams (Waterville, Maine) finished fourth with a time of 37:12.11 earning All-New England honors.

• Alsacia Timmerman (Morrisville, Vt.) finished seventh with a time of 38:02.66 earning All-New England honors.

• Gabbie Mogavero (West Springfield, Mass.) finished 20th with a time of 41:04.00.

• Caitlin Bird (Shrewsbury, Mass.) finished 26th with a time of 42:03.92.

400 Hurdles

• Liz Freeman (Maynard, Mass.) finished 12th with a time of 1:08.26.

• Alina Newman (Santa Monica, Calif.) finished 15th with a time of 1:08.85.

3000 Steeplechase

• Julia Coyle (Pomfret Center, Conn.) finished 12th with a time of 12:02.69.

• Mary Lonergan (Andover, Mass.) finished 17th with a time of 12:18.89.

• Cleo Kilpatrick (Minneapolis, Minn.) finished 19th with a time of 12:25.42.

4x100 Relay

• The group of Alexis Melvin (Wilmington, Mass.), Emmy Castano (Wilton, Conn.), Maya Bruno (Queensbury, N.Y.), and Kailin Fuller (Bowdoinham, Maine) finished 20th with a time of 51.90

4x400 Relay

• The group of Melvin, Caroline Graziani (Concord, Mass.), Naomi Brightman (Cornwall, Vt.), and Kate Moroney (Pleasantville, N.Y.) finished 15th with a time of 4:17.77.

4x800 Relay

• The group of Estes, Schilling, Tucker, and McDonough finished second with a school record time of 9:10.72 earning All-New England honors.

In the Field

Pole Vault

• Grace Mattaliano (Norfolk, Mass.) finished 12th tying the school record by clearing a height of 3.25m.

Conn returns to action next weekend as the Camels travel to Amherst, Mass. for the New England Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association championships beginning on Friday.
