NEW LONDON, Conn. – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) recently announced the 2025 Division III Men's and Women's ITA Scholar-Athletes and All-Academic Teams, and Connecticut College was well represented among the honorees.
Both Conn College programs earned ITA All-Academic Team status by virtue of a team grade point average above 3.2 for the academic year. Under head coach
Jakob Klaeson, the women's team posted a GPA of 3.67 while the men's team checked in at 3.72.
A total of 22 Camels were named ITA Scholar-Athletes, an honor bestowed upon team members who attained a 3.5 GPA or higher for the academic year.

Within the sport of tennis, student-athletes continue to exceed expectations in the classroom and on the court. In 2025, 1,269 Division III women's student-athletes were named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, and 165 women's tennis programs were awarded the All-Academic Team distinction. On the men's side, a total of 1,115 Division III student-athletes were named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, and 135 programs were awarded the All-Academic Team distinction.
