NEW LONDON, Conn. – Connecticut College has hired Kaylee Drobish as assistant coach of the women's lacrosse program, as announced by head coach Lisa Voegely on Tuesday.

Drobish joins the Camels after spending the past five years as a student-athlete at Eastern Connecticut State as a member of both the field hockey and lacrosse programs.

"We are thrilled to welcome Kaylee to our coaching staff," said Vogeley. "She brings a wealth of experience as a four-year starter and dual-sport athlete at Eastern Connecticut State University, where she excelled both on the field and in the classroom. Kaylee's dynamic presence as a midfielder, impacting all facets of the game, along with her IWLCA academic recognition, speaks to the complete student-athlete she was. What truly stood out during the hiring process, however, was her natural leadership and ability to connect with those around her. She comes highly recommended and brings an infectious enthusiasm for the game and for mentoring young athletes. I have no doubt she will make an immediate and positive impact on our team culture and student-athlete experience. I'm excited to get to work and continue building the Camel lacrosse program together."

A midfielder who appeared in 83 career games, while making 62 starts at ECSU, Drobish tallied 174 points on 91 goals and 83 assists with 167 draw controls, 129 ground balls, and 68 caused turnovers. A two-time All-Little East Conference selection and captain during her final year, Drobish wrapped up her career with 83 career assists which ranks fourth in program history, while her 33 assists this past season were the sixth-most in a single season.

A native of Wallingford, Conn., Drobish graduated from Eastern Connecticut State with a bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2024 before getting a master's degree in Management this past spring.
