NEW LONDON, Conn.-- The Connecticut College men's squash team returned to the court for the first time in the new year, heading to Maine and matching up against Bates, Colby, and Bowdoin.
On Friday at Bates, Conn came up short, dropping the match 8-1. The lone victory for the Camels came at ninth singles where Osiris Perez (Bronx, N.Y.) made his Conn debut and claimed a straight-set win.
On Saturday at Colby, the Camels again fell 8-1. Once again, Perez picked up the lone victory for Conn, defeating Oliver Riordan in a five-set match.
On Sunday at Bowdoin, Conn hung tough but ultimately fell 9-0. Henry Pelletier (West Hartford, Conn.) and Sid Rewari (Mumbai, India) had the best performances on the day, as both dropped their matches in four sets.
