NEW LONDON, Conn.-- The Connecticut College men's squash team returned to action, rolling past visiting Hobart 8-1 on Wednesday afternoon from the Luce Fieldhouse Squash Courts.
Conn started strong, picking up wins in the first three singles, as Henry Pelletier (West Hartford, Conn.) won in four sets, with both Sid Rewari (Mumbai, India) and Adam Elkaliuoby (Brooklyn, N.Y.) picking up straight set wins. Hobart responded with a five-set win at fourth singles, but the Camels closed out the match with wins in the final five matches as Thomas Overton III (New York, N.Y.), Andrew Nemphos (Baltimore, Md.), Hayden Okurowski (Concord, Mass.), Arman Sana (Richmond, Va.), and Osiris Perez (Bronx, N.Y.) all notched victories.
Conn (3-6, 1-5 NESCAC) returns to action on Saturday as the Camels travel to Middletown, Conn. to take on Denison in day one of the Connecticut Round Robin.
