SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Connecticut College women's track and field team returned to action competing at the Massasoit Classic hosted by Springfield College.

On the Track
60 Meters

• Blessing Kieh (Monrovia, Liberia) claimed victory with a time of 7.71 earning NE D3 qualification.

400 Meters

• Naomi Brightman (Cornwall, Vt.) finished sixth with a time of 1:04.56.

600 Meters

• Alexa Estes (Virginia Beach, Va.) claimed victory with a time of 1:36.02 earning NE D3 qualification.

• Lila Kate Tucker (Marietta, Ga.) finished second with a time of 1:42.08, setting a NE D3 minimum qualifying mark.

• April Schilling (Amherst, Mass.) finished third with a time of 1:42.88, setting a NE D3 qualifying mark.

• Caroline Graziani (Concord, Mass.) finished fifth with a time of 1:45.65.

• Chase Ireland (Prospect, Conn.) finished seventh with a time of 1:47.96.

• Katie Keating (Dorchester, Mass.) finished 10th with a time of 1:50.00.

• Liz Freeman (Maynard, Mass.) finished eighth with a time of 2:27.15.

• Julia Coyle (Pomfret Center, Conn.) finished 10th with a time of 2:33.80.

• Violet Lowney (Medfield, Mass.) finished third with a time of 3:21.30.

• Maddy Plotnick (Brookline, Mass.) finished fifth with a time of 3:26.72.

• Lain Potter (Wareham, Mass.) finished sixth with a time of 3:33.97.

• Astrid Jones (Farmington, Maine) finished eighth with a time of 3:41.58.
