MIDDLETOWN, Conn. -- Seventh-seeded Connecticut College is set to take on second-seeded Wesleyan University on Saturday afternoon in the quarterfinals of the 2026 NESCAC Women's Volleyball Championship.

The Camels are making their fourth straight postseason appearance and 19th in program history. Head coach Josh Edmed and his squad enter the tournament with an overall record of 11-10 that includes a 4-6 mark in league play. Conn's four NESCAC wins are the most for the program since 2016.

Saturday's quarterfinal match up is set for a 3:00 p.m. start at Silloway Gymnasium. The winner will advance to the semifinals on November 15 at the site of the highest remaining seed.

Conn and Wesleyan will meet for the third time in NESCAC Championship history. The Camels won the first meeting by a 3-0 final in 2007 before the Cardinals evened the series in 2021 by the same margin.

The two teams last met on October 3, with Wesleyan winning the regular season meeting by a 3-0 final in New London, Conn. The Cardinals enter the weekend with an overall record of 19-2 (8-2 NESCAC) that includes wins over two nationally-ranked opponents. The team is currently ranked 10th in the AVCA Division III Coaches Poll and second in the NCAA power index.

Rae Wartelle anchors Conn's offensive unit and averages 3.06 kills per set, while the group of Tilde Keatley, Vibha Sheth, Keira Deeney and Emilie Ferdinand has also consistently contributed to the attack. Aubrie Letourneau and Lexi Rosenblatt have shared setter duties all season long, and the back line is bolstered by Taylor Merrifield (3.26 digs/set) and Dylan Kokkinos (2.46 digs/set).
