Doben's 400 Meters School Record Leads Men's Track and Field at Trinity

HARTFORD, Conn. – Lucas Doben (Longmeadow, Mass.) set a new school record in the 400 meters to lead the Connecticut College men's track and field team at the Trinity Invitational.

100 Meters

  • Luke Alban (Piedmont, Calif.) finished ninth with a time of 11.38.

110m Hurdles

  • Declan Leclair (Westminster, Mass.) finished sixth with a time of 16.63.

400 Meters

  • Doben finished third with a school record time of 49.09.

  • Malcolm Frank-McKnight (Milton, Mass.) finished fifth with a time of 49.64.

  • Joseph Rosw-Provey (Fairfield, Conn.) finished ninth with a time of 50.30.

400m Hurdles

  • Owen Phelan (North Andover, Mass.) finished 11th with a time of 1:00.58.

800 Meters

  • David Iacino (Burlington, Conn.) finished fourth with a time of 1:54.62.

5000 Meters

  • Evan Lyons (Longmeadow, Mass.) finished fourth with a time of 11:03.63.

Steeplechase

  • Avery Selber (State College, Pa.) finished sixth with a time of 11:03.63.

Long Jump

  • Bayusik finished ninth with a jump of 5.94m.

Pole Vault

  • Anders Larson (Concord, N.H.) finished second clearing a height of 4.45m.

Discus

  • Abi Perez (Derby, Conn.) finished 16th with a throw of 37.32m, the second longest in program history.

Javelin

  • Brady Morvay (Littleton, Mass.) finished 11th with a throw of 44.27m.

Conn returns to action next weekend as the Camels travel to Williamstown, Mass. for the NESCAC Championships beginning on Saturday hosted by Williams College.
