Women's Rowing Wraps Season at NIRC/NESCAC Championships

WORCESTER, Mass. — The Connecticut College women's rowing team wrapped up the 2026 season at the National Invitational Rowing Championships on Sunday on Lake Quinsigamond, an event that also doubled as the NESCAC Championships.

Conn's three boats competed in morning preliminary heats followed by afternoon finals. The Camels finished 16th out of 19 teams in the NIRC points standings with 39 points and placed eighth out of eight teams in the NESCAC points standings.

Conn secured 24 points in the 2V8 thanks to a 13th-place overall finish. The Camels won the third level final by two seconds over Ithaca College, as coxswain Pilar Young guided her crew to the finish in 8:14.324.

The Camels also recorded 15 points in the 1V8 in the final race of coxswain Caroline Lee's collegiate career. Conn finished fourth in the third level final and 16th overall with a time of 7:58.752.

Conn placed seventh in the petite final of the 3V8 and 13th overall. Elinor Rasevic and her crew posted a time of 9:21.614.
