NEW LONDON, Conn. – A total of eight members of the Connecticut College men's and women's tennis programs were named to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Tennis Teams on Tuesday.
Seniors
Lily Kerachsky (East Greenwich, R.I.),
Gavin Anderson (Avon, Conn.) and
Sigmund Winiecki (Jaffrey, N.H.) all earned the honor for the third time in their careers. Juniors
Maya Kowalska (Feasterville-Trevose, Pa.),
Mary Ella Prendergast (Mount Pleasant, S.C.) and
Nikhil Agarwal (San Mateo, Calif.) were repeat selections, and sophomores
Marylove Reynolds (Little Rock, Ark.) and
Wolf Sohlberg (Espoo, Finland) were first-time honorees.
The award recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. To be an Academic All-District® honoree, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore at their institution, have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or above, and have been in the lineup for 75% of the total matches played by the team that includes team scores.
The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in June.
