HADLEY, Mass. – Two members of the Connecticut College men's and women's rowing programs were honored by the New England Small College Athletic Conference on Thursday morning.

Seniors Julia Finney (Arlington, Mass.) and Jamie Sussman (New York, N.Y.) were named to the All-NESCAC Second Team for their respective sports. Both were first-time honorees.

A four-year member of the women's team, Finney was a staple in the 1V8 boat in her final season. She competed in all nine events and helped the Camels to a third-place finish at the Donahue Cup in April. Conn also finished eighth in the NESCAC Championship and 16th at the National Invitational Championship.

Sussman completed his third season with the Camels and was a mainstay in the first varsity boat. He competed in 10 events in his final season and helped Conn to an eighth-place finish at the NESCAC Championship and 12th-place finishes at both the New England Rowing Championship and the National Invitational Championship.
