Men's Rowing Competes at NERC

WORCESTER, Mass. — The Connecticut College men's rowing team took part in the 2026 New England Rowing Championships on Saturday on Lake Quinsigamond.

The Camels raced in three events on the day, which began with morning preliminary heats followed by afternoon finals. The 1V8 boat, coxed by Samira Grossmann-Ferris, posted a time of 6:27.030 and finished first in a head-to-head match-up against the University of New Hampshire in the Third Final. 

Morgan Edenbach guided the Camels to a sixth-place finish in the Petite Final of the 2V8, and Emily Sryfi piloted her crew to a sixth-place finish in the Grand Final of the 3V4. Conn clocked in with times of 6:55.879 in the 2V8 and 8:41.524 in the 3V4.

Conn will wrap up the season at the NIRC/NESCAC Championship on Sunday, May 10 at Lake Quinsigamond.
