WORCESTER, Mass. — The Connecticut College women's rowing team competed at the 2026 New England Rowing Championships on Saturday on Lake Quinsigamond.
The Camels put three boats in the water, all of which took part in morning preliminary heats followed by afternoon finals. The 1V8 boat, coxed by
Caroline Lee, posted a time of 7:19.475 and finished fourth out of six crews in the Third Final.
Pilar Young led the 2V8 boat to a first-place finish in the Third Final. The Camels crossed the finish line in 7:26.792 to win by nearly six seconds, besting boats from WPI, Mount Holyoke, Merrimack and Bryant.
Conn qualified for the Petite final in the 3V8 and finished sixth.
Elinor Rasevic and her crew shaved 12 seconds off their morning time to clock in at 8:03.968.
Conn will wrap up the season at the NIRC/NESCAC Championship on Sunday, May 10 at Lake Quinsigamond.
