NEW LONDON, Conn. – The Connecticut College men's swimming and diving team—along with four individual Camels—was honored by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) this week.

Conn was recognized as a Scholar All-America Team for the Spring 2026 semester. To qualify for this prestigious recognition, teams had to earn a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 during the Spring 2026 semester. The Camels cleared the bar with a 3.61 team GPA, good enough for 26th-best out of the 138 Division III teams that earned the distinction.

The CSCAA also named over 2,230 swimmers and divers to its Scholar All-American Team for the 2025-26 season. Junior Evan Lyons (Longmeadow, Mass.) and first year Julian Carlson (Brookline, Mass.) landed first-team spots while junior Cam Bizjak (Willoughby, Ohio) and sophomore Jack Mattison-Gulotta (Florence, Mass.) earned second-team status. Bizjak earned honors for the third straight year while Lyons was also a repeat selection, and both Carlson and Mattison-Gulotta were first-time honorees.   

To qualify for First-Team Scholar All-America, student-athletes must have earned a GPA of 3.5 or higher and participated in their national championship. Second-Team selections must have also earned a 3.5 GPA or higher, and met a "B" time standard for the national championship or qualified for a diving zone qualification meet.
